Does anyone else get ravenous when it's that time of the month?  I cannot stop eating!  It's horrible!  I keep reminding myself, England is just around the corner and my size 0 sister is waiting, so I don't want to look like the Good Year blimp.  But not even that helps!  

Gah!

I think it's appetite. I've tried drinking water and chewing sugarless gum, but it doesn't really work. I feel so hungry, even though I know I'm not. It's very frustrating, lol.
