Ok, really starting to feel the crunch now. I graduate in a little over two weeks, which means I'll get my GI Bill for December and then I'm out of money. I have some in savings, enough to last about a month, but after that, I'm screwed. I spent a large portion of the day looking for jobs and so far the only ones I've seen that looked possible were a secretary for waste management and jobs located several hours away from here. Sigh.

I'm really starting to worry now. Please send me some good thoughts job-wise. Hopefully I'll have something by Jan and won't have to worry about rent and stuff, but, oh, goodness, I'm starting to panic!!!!

Does your school offer career counseling?

They do, but it's not really helpful. I sat with a counselor for about 2 hours and left with not much more than I started with. It's just very frustrating.

I'm in sorta the same boat. I hate my job so much that I'm going back to school to avoid looking for a new one.

Jobs suck. My I recommend a lottery ticket?
