I like chocolate a lot, but I LOVE mint chocolate chip. It's just so cool and refreshing. :)

Ohhhh, mint chocolate chip is the best! It truly does cure most things!

I WANT TO DO A 'JUST BECAUSE I'M BORED' POLL!

*turns off caps lock*

seriously though, that was an awesome idea.

HOBBITS!

Heeee! Thanks! This is what happens when I'm stuck at work and BORED, lol.

Ooh, yum - mint chip is a perennial favorite, as is tin roof sundae and white licorice. ^_^

Ohh, those are all soooo good!

I work in an ice cream store, so I can tell you there are LOTS of flavors we have that I love: Chocolate Malted Ball; Triple Chocolate Cheesecake; Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake; Dulce de Leche; Homestyle Vanilla; Pomegranate Cheesecake; Pecan Pralines and Cream; Cherry Limeade Sherbert...

We have one flavor I haven't tried, even though it's very popular: Birthday Cake. It's bright blue. Food should not be bright blue.

[identity profile] piplover.livejournal.com 2010-06-16 04:37 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, goodness. There's a reason I don't buy ice cream that often, lol. I end up eating it all! And so many flavors! You really should try birthday cake. It turns your tongue bright blue, but it tastes so good, and is probably sooooo bad for you, lol!

Vanilla, but only if it is French...

[identity profile] piplover.livejournal.com 2010-06-16 04:37 am (UTC)(link)
Ohhh, French vanilla is really good!

My favorite is Pralines and cream from Baskin Robbin or Pecan Praline from BlueBell. MMMMM!!!!!

[identity profile] piplover.livejournal.com 2010-06-16 01:54 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, pralines and cream is so tasty! Good choice!

I don't have ice cream very often but I do like rum and raisin. Also love the Baileys ice cream, but that's very expensive so I've only ever had it on special occasions, and I once tried liquorice ice cream when I went to Finland and it was amazing. So basically, my favourite flavours are all rather unusual!

I chose 'in a cone' and 'in a cup' because, for some reason, you don't have 'all over Robert Downey Jr' as an option :P

What's freeze dried ice cream? Not sure I've heard of that!

[identity profile] piplover.livejournal.com 2010-06-16 01:57 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't think I've ever had the Bailey's ice cream, but it sounds delicious!

Oh, how could I forget "smeared of Robert Downey Jr"? That was terribly remiss of me!

Freeze dried ice cream is also called astronaut ice cream, because it's dry and astronauts were able to eat it in space. It's - well, it's kind of weird. It tastes like ice cream, but it's dry!

I love toffee-flavored ice cream, and ice cream with chunks of macadamian nut.

[identity profile] piplover.livejournal.com 2010-06-16 01:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Ohhh, yuuumm! I love macadamia nuts! Very good choice!

I haven't heard of freeze dried ice cream so I said no. And I love ice cream, but not the "diet" kind. It's just not ice cream. Ice cream should be made of cream. Yoghurt ice ciream is okay but based on milk I often find it tasteless.

[identity profile] piplover.livejournal.com 2010-06-16 01:58 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, I agree! Ice cream should be thick and creamy and just melt in our mouth. Yogurt ice cream is all right, but it's not quite the same.

Cake batter ice cream with cookie dough folded into it, served in a waffle cone =D

*drools*

[identity profile] piplover.livejournal.com 2010-06-17 04:26 pm (UTC)(link)
Ohhhhhh...yuuuummm. I will have to try that!
