My neighbor is singing karaoke.  Very, very badly.  For about 10 minutes I thought it was the upstairs neighbors' kid wailing.  Or a sick cat.

Last summer, one our neighbor's kids took up the drums for a while in his garage. You could hear him all up and down the street when he practiced. Fortunately he gave it up after a few weeks.

Lol! Oh, that must have been horrible. For the most part my neighbors are pretty good, but oh, boy, was it horrible last night!

I hope not! All three of my neighbors can be noisy at times, but they're usually pretty good. Last night was just... really bad, lol.
