This is true. Apparently, Mark Bowden's depiction of then CPT-Steele was less than flattering and LTC Steele still takes considerable offense at this. Some of my buddies were in Bosnia at the same time as SPC Schwartz (who I am guessing is Psyops) and told me the same thing.
