The past few days I haven't felt good. Nothing in particular, just an overall sense of blech. I woke up this morning with my stomach hurting, shaking and dizzy. I had to call in 2 hours late because I didn't trust myself to stand up in the shower, let alone drive to work. So I laid in bed until the worst of it had passed. Now I just feel icky. It's not even close to my period, so who knows what's up?
I wish I could figure out what was wrong with me. If it is endometriosis, would that account for this ickyness? One doctor thinks that's what it could be, and another thinks it's just IBS. Sigh.
I'm going to try to start going to the gym again this week. I'm hoping the physical activity will help me feel better, not worse. Sometimes it can go either way. But I've gained back a few pounds, and I really don't want to keep them.
I figure if I don't feel better in a few hours I may leave early. Laying down with some tea and my heating pad sounds like a marvelous thing right now. Funny enough, drinking cold things makes the pain worse. Oh, body, why are you so contrary?
Anyway, that's my whine for the day. I hope the rest of you are doing better. Take care all, and hope you have a great week!
