Oct. 18th, 2005 12:54 pmOh, wow. Its been forever since I last updated. I'm still alive, believe it or not. I guess that when I came back from the giant trip, I hit the ground running. I've been trying to find a job, getting an apartment with my brother, and trying to get back into school.
I did, however, have a wonderful, wonderful trip to England and Boston. Liza was simply amazing, letting me stay at her place, and I cant' tell you how much I appreciated spending time with her and going for walks.
Lesley was wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, as always. She is the sister of my heart, and I had so much fun with her, from London to the Fellowship festival. It makes me realize how truly blessed I am to have such wonderful friends.
Then in Boston, another friend that I met for the first time. An amazing woman who let me play and nap with her cat, and took me to Salem and shared Chinese food and pizza with sardines. I let her and the cat have those, lol.
I guess that coming back home hit me pretty hard. The first two days I slept more than I usually do, and then realiity came crashing down and I realized, hmmm, I guess I should get a job now.
Life has been so weird since getting out of the military. I admit that my bad days are still pretty bad, but the medications are helping, and I'm taking it one day at a time. I just have to keep reminding myself that I am blessed to have such friends as all of you, whether you be from LOTR or Stargate. How did I ever get so lucky?
Anyway, enough babbling from me. I hope you all have a great day, and hopefully I'll update a little sooner. Take care everyone!
