HOLY SHIT!
Apr. 22nd, 2009 12:53 pmSo, I did the whole TV thing today, where they asked some general questions and were really nice, and told me they would either put it on the Good Morning show or their website, or both. Then I left and went to starbucks, where my phone rang and... I got a job offer!
I am employed again!!!!!!
Of course, it's not the best job in the world, but it's a job, and would allow me to pay the rent and buy groceries and stuff, and I don't think I would even want to rip my eyes out after working there for a few months, so I'm totally stoked! On the other hand, I just did that TV thing, and what if some big wig sees me and thinks I would work out great for them? (Snerk. Yeah, right!)
Anyway, I figure I'll wait a few days, then email the news guy and thank him for his help and everything, then let him know I got a job. Wow! I'm employed!
