Yrg part 2
Aug. 4th, 2011 09:16 pmWent to the chiropractor today. My back has been acting up, so he did a few adjustments and we talked about how the back injury may be one of the reasons for the overall pain. I'm going in for another two sessions and we'll see if that helps. Right now I just feel tender and ill, but I'm hoping that I'll see better results tomorrow.
Work was particularly hellish today, and it just rather emphasized how not well I feel, so I took off a few hours early to lay down. I'll probably be in bed early, but seeing as how I'm going to have to get back into that habit that's not a bad thing.
Not much going on right now. Talked to my sister a bit more and we're slowly making a wish list for how we want things to go in January. There's a good chance I'll be able to go, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. If I do, I think my sister, mom and I are going to cross over to Poland for a few days to look into the family history. A lot of Catholics were killed in the village my great grandparents came from during WWII, so we're going to be looking to see if any of our family survived, and if the family farm is still in their hands. If nothing else, it will be amazing to see the village my grand parents came from.
Of course, if we go, that means brother and future SIL are going to be left alone in London. That's kind of a scary thought! Maybe we can convince them to come along, lol.
Anyway, I'm really hoping I get to go. I think this is a once in a lifetime event, and I don't want to miss it.
OK, going to lay down and hope the world stops spinning. Take care all, have a good night!
