Thank you! I can picture Holmes using pain, as well. He does have an addictive personality, and I think he needs a reset button when his brain gets too much, a way to just shut down. I don't think he would really use drugs now that he's older and wiser, but pain? I can very much see that. I'm so glad you enjoyed!
