Awwww, Sherlock :(. It was sad to see him so overwhelmed and everything he tried only working for a moment, if at all.
I loved Lestrade to the rescue, taking charge and sorting Sherlock out until John could get there. I loved Mrs Hudson, making tea and food and being all worried.
Best of all, I loved John's reaction. The worry, the anger, the steely determination to get to the bottom of Sherlock's troubles. Most of all, I loved his confession of love for his idiot genius and hiw promise to never leave :). Poor Sherlock's going to deal with all these messy feelings he's discovered and the novelty of having someone love him. I'm sure he'll get the hang of it, though :).
