I know we all said 2010 had to be better than 2009, and it turned out to be the year from hell, but really, I have high hopes for 2011.

Yeah, I have high hopes for 2011, too. 2010 was... just pretty awful. So hard. (Still is right now, frankly...) I can't WAIT for it to be over.

Sorry you have to work Christmas! Keeping you in my thoughts. Hang in there.
