Anniversary

Today is Eladio's and mine one year anniversary. I wish he was here to celebrate with me. As it is, I guess we just have to be strong while we're separated. As things are looking, I'll probably be joining him in the Middle East in about six months. At least we'll be on the same continent, right?

How sad that you must be apart today, but can you at least greet each other via e-mail or phone?

I've sent him an email, but I don't know when he will be able to see it. And I don't think he can use a phone over there until he gets to where he is going to be stationed. I haven't heard from him yet, but we both expected to be cut off from each other until he can get a regular adress.
