Purple chicken!

I had purple chicken and asparagus with white sauce for dinner tonight.  It was very yummy!  The chicken ended up purple because I love to use wine to cook chicken with and didn't have any white. My mom gave me a Merlot, and, well... Purple chicken!

Behold, the yumminess that was dinner tonight!  Om nom nom nom!





Oh, it was good!!

Ooooh...that looks yummy indeed. :) I made pasta sauce and used parsley from my herb garden, which was yummy, too.

We had homemade lasagna with basil from my garden, and a salad with home grown tomatoes. Yours looks yummy as well!
