I can't stop itching!  I have no clue what is wrong with me, since I can't find any bites, rash, or redness. I just itch!  It's my arms, my legs, my neck.  But I can't find a reason.  It's driving me nuts!  The only thing I think it can possibly be is allergies, but wouldn't there be hives or something?

Grrrr. Stupid body.

Many, many things can cause skin irritation without leaving any physical evidence. The state of the water you used to bathe, the soap you used, your laundry detergent, even the dryness of the air. Try some lotion with aloe in and see if that makes a difference.

Or, failing that, Benedryl.

That's a good point. I didn't think it was anything topical, since I haven't changed lotions or anything, but then I realized I had started wearing my robe I got in Korea, which has been in a drawer for the past several months. I think I'm going to try and wash it and see if that helps.

And try a different lotion with aloe to see if that helps as well. Thanks!

Yes, Benedryl was my friend last night. I finally stopped feeling like my skin was going to itch away after taking one. Sweet, sweet Benedryl!
