The customers are being particularly obnoxious today.  I mean, more-so than usual.  Ugh.  I know it's Friday the 13th, but that's usually a good day for me. 

I just had a customer who left me shaky and really upset.  He was very vulgar and rude, and I had to call my manager, who is off sick, because I couldn't get hold of anyone of the people above me to disconnect.  

Why?  Why do people think that's acceptable?  I shouldn't have to deal with that shit at work.

Jerks act like that, especially over the phone, because they know they can get away with it if they are speaking to someone who (a) is not allowed to be rude back; and (b)is just a faceless voice, and so must not be a person with feelings.

He really was a jerk. And what's more, I went back through his history today and saw he did the same thing to several other people. It wasn't just being rude, it was being sexually vulgar. I really hope he gets banned.

It wasn't right, and I think it's horrible how some people think it's funny or a joke to behave like that. I hope he gets banned, so that no one else has to deal with him.
