Two things I learned today: 1) When drinking beer from a bottle, one must keep a finger placed over the top of said bottle, and never, ever rest bottle on the table if you are with friends, lest they "tap" it.
2) When said friends "tap" the bottle with their own, the beer foams up and the person "tapped" must attempt to guzzle the beer. This results in beer shooting out the nose and mouth, usually at the same time, and is great for a laugh.
I only had a beer and half, as they kept tapping me, but I must admit, it was one of the funniest things to happen to me in a long time. Now if I could just get that beer smell out of my nose, lol!

Oh dear... I swear, at least once a month I have to physically restrain myself from tapping people's beer. It's so funny, and so obnoxious, and I never get tired of it.

Lol! I had never heard of that, so they loved taking advantage of my naiveti! Oh, well, at least we all got a good laugh out of it, and in the end, I gave as good as I got. It could be very adictive.
