There be spoilers for Dr. Who 4x12 under the cut.  Expect no coherency!  You all have been warned.

OMG, are they really getting rid of David Tennant before the end of the season?  I thought he was going to be in the next ep, at least.  I spent the whole ep squealing and frightening my cats.

Sara Jane was amazing, I loved her interaction with Jack.  And Ianto's reaction to Jack's mention of a meeting with a soldier.   Not to mention Donna pointing Jack out and wondering who he was.  Yep, the Captain still has it.

I wasn't thrilled when I heard Rose was coming back.  I don't dislike her, but I found her storyline had become rather tiring near the end of season two, with how lovesick and mopey she had become.  But I liked how they brought her back, and had to laugh at the cheese of the Doctor and her running towards each other. Although I have to say, that's what happens when you fall in love with the Doctor - he gets fried by a Dalek.

I did like how Jack grabbed the gun he had used at the end of season one and promised Ianto and Gwen he would be back, and the two of them promising him they would be all right, even though you could tell in their faces they didn't expect to be around.  Loved Gwen saying she was going to go out fighting like Tosh and Owen, a nice way to bring them into the ep.  And I loved how they were firing at the Dalek, even though they knew it wasn't going to do any good.

OMG, is it next week yet?  I can't wait to see what happens!!!

I really want to see what they do with this regeneration. My guess is it's going to be some weird thing where he regenerates but he's still Ten at the end. Something in the regeneration process that goes hinky because of the Dalek blast.

I hope so, because I'm not quite ready to give Ten up, yet. It took me a while to get to like him, as I really liked Nine, but he's grown on me and it will be sad to see him go.

I thought I'd read that Tennant's already signed for next season, so I'm expecting the regeneration to not happen conventionally.

I wasn't all that excited by Rose coming back either, though I think it's been interestingly done. By the time I was able to watch Doctor Who, I was watching all different doctors with different companions, so I never got as attached to her as I think some people did.

There were many fabulous things about that episode. I'm glad that I was expecting it to be a two-parter, so I was braced to be left dangling.

I thought I had heard that, too, which was why I was so shocked when he started to regenerate.

I had never watched Dr. Who until Feb or March of this year, after a friend of mine got me hooked on Torchwood in Jan. I haven't watched any of the old doctors, though I think I may have to just to get the full experience.

I knew it was going to be a two parter, but I was still shocked with how they left it. Aghhh! I want it to be next week!

Some of the older episodes can seem slow, but I still love them. Tom Baker will always be my doctor. The "Three Doctors" and "Five Doctors" episodes are fun, to see everyone coming together.
