Another year older!

I had a great birthday yesterday, save for the fact that my stomach felt like it was going to burn a hole through the rest of my body and crawl away.

Hrrmm... Interesting imagery. 

Anyway, it was a good day.  Spent it just being lazy and then went over to my brother's for a BBQ, cake and presents. 

Got a really cute shirt and jacket from my mom and the first season of ALF from my brother and his fiance.  I have one other gift I'm supposed to get tonight, so looking forward to that.  

Other than my stomach it was a good day, and it's my own fault anyway.  I took some meds that have aspirin in them, which reacts horribly with my body.  I'm lucky I don't have an ulcer.  So, note to self - stick to the hydrocodone.

Glad you're better - I was still recovering from influenza on my birthday, so I know the feeling.

How am I? Tired. Envying my husband who can sleep through a lot of storms. Mostly.

Thanks, hon. My stomach is still hurting, but at least it's not as bad as it was. I'm just thankful I wasn't puking blood or anything. Yuck. It's no fun having a sensitive tummy.
