So here I am,laying in bed watching a movie, with my window cracked just a little so my plant Sam can have some sunshine, and guess what decides to pay me a little visit? A little sparrow came onto my windowsill, looked around, hopped inside my room, looked around some more, then decided to fly off. I'm thankful it didn't decide to come all the way in, as I don't know how I would have shooed it out. But it was less then a foot away from me, and oh-so cute. Oh, and he's back with a friend! Amazing!

Much better, thank you! I slept from about 5 last night until 10 this morning, and now I barely have any pain. I think that I shall be up to work tomorrow, so long as I continue to take it easy today. Thank you for concern, it makes me feel so much better!

Glad to help!

If I were you, I'd take another day off. (Make the most off it: relax!) :D

Ooh, you had a nice animal visit this time! Good luck with those spiders and mutant bees, though. ;)

Yes, this place does seem to bring out the most interesting creatures. And the other night I saw a skunk outside my window!

You`re really surrounded by animals of every kind! You must live in the very bosom of nature.

Bumblebees

Be careful though, even though birds are cute they are somewhat of a...trouble. We have a lot of nests on the roof and moldings( I think that is what you call them) of our new house, and the birds don't really seem to care where they...poop. Sorry to bring out the realistic matter, but my mom's car is suffering for it.
;)
I was worried at first when you said quote "and guess what decides to pay me a little visit?" I thought it might be another of those predatory bees!!!!!

Eee... You remind me of Dicon, that lad in Frances Hodgson Burnett book Secret Garden. He has such a way with animals. :) I went through your posts these couple of days and there had been bees, spiders, now birds... *shakes head* Creature magnet, you are. :)

Glad to know the surgery went without a hitch and you're feeling better.

*hugs you tight*
