Just - his expression! It's kind of a cross between "Oh, God, just finish me now!" and "I will kill you with my brain!" Which is pretty much how I feel about my customers now.
I feel the same way about my laptop, the disk drive of which officially died today.
On the plus side, seemed to have gotten the Netbook to cooperate --it will now sign on my wireless network in my home, everything on the laptop was backed up onto the netbook (and an external drive, and a flash drive)--so with luck, I can put off what to do exactly with the good for nothing laptop which I only got six months of use out of.
