Fic related stuff

Hello, everyone!  I hope you all are doing well today!  It's pretty boring in my part of the world.  Well, mostly, anyway.  [Poll #1631166]Other than that, I wrote another little ficlet, just a silly thing about 11 pages, that I'll post probably tomorrow or the next day.  I have to say, I am very thankful for Sherlock Holmes, because I haven't written this much in literally years!  It feels like my brain has come alive again!  I've even started working on one of my LoTR stories, and will probably post that in a few weeks.

My life is so overwhelmingly crammed with stuff that I'm more likely to read it if you give us a chapter or two a day. A promise that it's actually finished (and posting it to an archive like AO3 afterwards as a lump) though, would be great incentive.

Yeah, I'm going to post it to AO3 after it's posted on LJ. But AO3 gets so few comments I won't post it there for a little while. It's looks like most people want it in bits, so I'm probably going to post it sections with a master list at the end.

Hah! Yes, it's been languishing on my hard drive for a while, and I'm trying to finish it up so I can set it free. Hopefully within the next few weeks.

I just want to take this opportunity to point out to you that 11 pages has kinda escaped the bounds of 'ficlet'. Not in a bad way.

I also happen to think you're best off posting it in bits. If nothing else, it will make people squirm longer, and you can watch their squirming, which is bound to be entertaining.

Hahah! Yes, I suppose 11 pages is a bit more than a ficlet. The monster has skewed my perception!

It sounds like most want it posted in bits, so I think that will be the easiest thing to do. Still, it feels kind of odd to post it in little bits when it's done. Oh, well.
