So, still alive.  Work still sucks, but I have a job, so I'm thankful for that.  It's nice being able to pay the rent and feed the cats.

Sister and I have apologized and moved on.  Hopefully that will be all the drama that goes with the trip.  I'm looking forward to seeing her, but oh, goodness, I just hope we don't end up strangling each other by the end of the trip.

Not much else going on.  I've been to the gym a few times, and I really like how I feel after a workout.  It's just getting up in time to go the gym which is hard. I swear, I set my alarm, but it feels like I'm swimming in molasses to get out of bed.  Some days, like yesterday, it's almost physically impossible for me to get up.  My limbs feel dead and heavy and I can barely move.

I think part of that is depression and the other exhaustion. I just haven't been sleeping very well.

But, I worked out today, and will do so tomorrow.  So back on track.

Take care everyone!

I hope we both get good sleeps tonight. My noisy neighbors were especially noisy last night from midnight to 4 a.m. *sigh*

Ugh, noisy neighbors are the worst. I hope you got some good sleep, and the neighbors keep it down!

Sleep will help, if you can manage it. *hugs* (And when you're visiting with your sister, take the time to go out for a walk every day on your own. I've found that when I'm visiting relatives a little alone time helps me keep my sanity.)

I think being tired is a big part of the problem. Oh, yes. I plan to definitely get some alone time while visiting. Otherwise I don't think either of us will survive, lol!
