Fall is finally here!

The weather has finally changed!  We went from 95F on Saturday to 77F yesterday, and today it's only about 70F.  Which is nice, but it also means I woke up with a pressure headache from the sudden change. 

Still, I'm hoping we get a frost soon, because all the bugs are driving me nuts.  I've found several spiders that needed to be squashed immediately, and I'm really tired of the sweat bees and gnats. Urgh! 

But!  The leaves are starting to change, and I'm hoping we get a really good rain.  It's overcast and looking typically fallish, and I'm wearing a sweatshirt with the sleeves cut off and jeans. Ahhhh, fall!

I was going to head to the gym today, as I have been sorely remiss in working out, but with my head about to explode I figured I would settle for going for a long walk and hope the fresh air will help.

Why does the weekend go by so fast but the workweek go by so slow?  Oh, well. I'm going to enjoy Jeeves and Wooster now and wait for the pain pill  to kick in.  Hope you all have a great day!

Scuffle through some crispy leaves for me! I really miss them.

September and October are when spiders are the most active for some reason. I look forward to November!

We've had autumnal weather over here for the last few weeks,and now it actually is autumn the temperature has shot right back up again! I'm getting a bit fed up with getting dressed in the morning and feeling too hot by lunchtime. Grrr.

Am with you re: the creepy crawlies. The sooner we get rid of the wasps the better!
