Still kicking

piploverHad my annual well woman exam yesterday. I love my new doctor. She's easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. Also, she isn't afraid to tell me if she thinks my stomach pain is in my head or if there's a reason for it.
She thinks there's a reason for it. In fact, she's pretty sure it's Endometriosis. Which would actually explain a lot, even if my one, very male friend, had the same symptoms.
Still, she's wanting me to come back in June for more testing, and had me get blood drawn yesterday after the exam. So, you know, if that's what's been wrong with me for all this time, yay for finally getting an answer! If not... Well, I'm no worse then when I started.
Not much else going on. My new schedule starts on Monday, so I'll probably be cooking on Sunday to make sure I have some prepared meals. The way they have the schedule broken up is stupid. I get two 45 minute lunches, rather than a lunch and 2 breaks or 3 breaks, as it was the last time I did 4/10s. That's not really time enough to cook anything and then eat it, too.
But, I'm trying to remain positive. Money is being set aside, May is almost here, and there is a job fair next week. So, fingers crossed that I won't be for much longer.
