Weddings! Sigh.

Hello, everyone.
Wow, this turned out longer than I thought it would, so I'm putting it behind a cut.
Well, I survived the wedding, and all the craziness that ensued. From my brother trying to ask my mom if she had room in storage to store his couch, because his girlfriend's family had given him another one, the day before the wedding, to the two of them bickering at each other over who was supposed to pay for little brother's tuxedo.
My sister had not reserved the gazebo for the night before the wedding, so when we tried to do a rehersal we were told what to do and approximate positions. Afterword, the puppy was making the rounds at the rehersal dinner, which was fabulous and I ate too much of, and sister changed plans at the last minute as to where she was going to stay.
The day of the wedding was very breezy, but wonderuflly sunny and not too warm or cool. Sister decided that since her shoes were killing her feet, and ours' were killing our feet, that we should be barefoot.
So all the bridesmaids walked barefoot to the gazebo, and the grass was soft and squishy. Sister marched to the song The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, and then after the ceremony the bride and groom left to Rainbow Connection. They ran away from us after we blew bubbles after them, and then went on a 20 minute boat ride.
I had caught the bouquet at the reception, and brother caught the garter. We think they planned this, though have no proof, lol. I danced a lot, ate a lot more, and had a blast. It was a wonderful day, and my sister has never looked so beautiful.
I am hoping that I will be able to post some pictures up here soon, so you can see that when I set my mind to it, I can actually be ladylike, lol. And you can see how wonderful my sister was.
Anyway, that's about all I have to report. Heading back to Mordor on Wednesday, so I am trying to spend as much time with the family as I can before I head back. Sigh. I really don't want to leave, especially since this is probably the last time I will be able to see them for about a year or more.
Well, take care. Have a wonderful week, and I will talk to you all later!
Big Hugs!
Oh, and Pippinswolf, and I really enjoyed our conversation. Next time I promise to charge my phone properlly before you call!
