Ok, I'm going to write my predictions so that when the end comes and next season starts answering all the questions, I can look back and either say, "I so called that!" Or, "Whoa, I was so off base I'm not even in the same ball park." So, without further ado, here are my predictions on how this is all going to, ahem, hell in a handbasket.
Ok, so first, I think that Ruby is Lucifer's 2nd, or his first, whoever it is who has to turn a human soul into a demon. Hello, Kripke practically gave it to us with her telling Sam, just taunting him with the truth while she leads him down the primrose path. If I'm right, then damn, Kripke has been planning this and setting this in motion since way early. Wow! The guy is good.
Second, I think Castiel got his ass reamed in Heaven, and I don't think it was by God, or any type of good guy. Whatever they did, they really pulled a whammy on him, and he is such a dick now. He needs to follow his instincts and not trust any other angels, because, seriously, they're all out to get him. And him letting Anna be taken? Not cool, dude!
Third, I don't think Lilith is the big baddy, or if she is, she's in cahoots with Ruby, who I'm telling you is the Devil's left hand demon. I think this is all just a big deception to get Sam to go Darkside so they can break the final seal. And I think the angels are in on it. That's the only reason I can think of why Castiel let Sam out. They WANT the Apocolypse to happen.
Someone pointed out that in the Bible is says something like the Apocolypse has to happen, that a better earth will come about, that the end of the world is necessary. Yeah, I don't think so. I think Heaven is corrupted and they need to take out the garbage. I think Castiel got mind-fucked and he needs to come to his senses to stop all this. And I think Dean is the only one who can because he's the only one who has a chance of bringing Sam back from the edge.
In conclusion, I don't think next season is going to be about them hunting each other or them splitting further apart. I think it's going to start with Sam coming to his senses and being terrified of what he almost did, and the two of them, Sam and Dean, trying to make things right. Whether they both survive is debatable, but we'll see. And for the record, I really hope they kill Ruby, because I do not trust that bitch as far as I could throw her, and that ain't far at all!
So, those are my thoughts. What do you all think?
