Missing my sweety

I was able to speak with my sweety today, and found out that he may be getting deployed next week. *sigh* I just wish that we had a bit more time, now that he finally has his computer up and we are able to talk.
I have lost count of all the poeple that keep telling me that our relationship will never work, and think I shall strangle the next person who says so. Yes, a long distance relationship is very hard, but I know in my heart that so long as you love the person, and they love you, and you both make an effort to keep in contact, then everything will work out.
Why must people be so negative, and yet think they are being helpful? Grrrrr.

Don`t let people tell you that it`s not going to work. If you´re both determined that it will work, I`m sure it will hold. It`s a great thing that he has his computer up now. I´m not saying it won´t be hard, but I´m hoping and praying for you that it will work out fine.

Maybe people are negative because they envy you that you manage?

I had my boyfriend living 500 km away (I know, it´s not as far as you have yours), and we managed the distance. When we broke up it was not the distance that was the issue.
