That's it! I have had it with giant mutant bees trying to eat me! I have no screen on my window, which is how they keep coming in, but honestly, I'm on the second floor, and there are no flowers near where I am! Just one very big shaggy pine tree. How do they keep finding me? I need to get something that zaps them, because I am tired of slipping on my pledge-covered floor from spraying the buggers. And no matter how often you mop, the floor is still slippery.
What is so appealing about my room?

Pledge is messy -- try lysoling the buggers and then scooping them out before they can recover. And get a screen...

Hmm, Lysol. Have to try that. I would get a screen, but I'm not allowed to install one myself, as I live in the Barracks. According to the Government, I might mess up their pretty windows or something. I've put in a work order already to get one, but, as with usual proficiency, I probably won't see one until winter.

Cheesecloth, I say unto thee... What we did was take a length of cheesecloth and glue each end of it around dowels, having measured so that we could place the dowel on the top of the raised window sash and have the bottom of the cloth reach all the way down to the sill.

It was cheap and efficient, and you could roll it up and ditch it when you had an inspection.
